  • ACTIVATION OF MOBILE OFFER

    Iliad Mobile offers include a cost for the supply of the SIM
    equal to €9.99 one-off, which must be paid at the time of
    service subscription.

  • DEACTIVATION OF THE MOBILE OFFER

    You can withdraw from the contract at any time, and without any
    cost, with at least 30 days' notice, in the following ways:

    – by giving written notice (you can find the dedicated form here )
    accompanied by your mobile phone number, your personal data
    and a copy of your identity document to: Iliad Italia SpA, CP
    14106, 20146 Milan, fax +39 02 30377960 (both from Italy and
    from abroad)

    – by going to the iliad Stores

    – by submitting a request through your Personal Area

    The deactivation of the service will take place within 30 days of
    receipt of the request and billing will continue until
    upon actual closure of the service.

Is the Iliad offer valid for everyone?

The iliad offer is aimed at everyone, with a minimum age of 18 years.
and able to provide all the requested information and a document
valid identity.

What are the identity documents for the subscription?

Accepted documents are: Italian identity card/Identity card
electronics, Italian driving license and valid passport. Remember
to also have your tax code with you if you want to request it
number portability!

Can I keep my current number?? How??

You can switch to iliad while keeping your current number.
subscription (via WEB channels, iliad Store – iliad Corner and iliad
Express) or later, whenever you want, directly from your Personal Area .

Portability will occur on the morning of the second working day after the request. For more information, visit the dedicated page .

I have credit on my current number! Can I keep it by switching to iliad??

When requesting the portability of your number, remember to select the "Contract type - Rechargeable" option so
you will be able to keep your remaining credit. The credit will take place within
maximum the 5th working day from the completion of the portability.

Do I pay for the activation of the iliad SIM?

Activation is €9.99 which you will pay only once when you sign up.

Can I activate more than one SIM in my name?

You can easily activate up to 5 SIMs in your name by registering
as many times as the SIMs you want to request. If you need a
a higher number of SIMs (up to a maximum of 10) is required
send us the appropriate form before signing.
